Radwin to take over as Human Factors journal editor-in-chief

Robert Radwin, the Duane H. and Dorothy M. Bluemke Professor of industrial and systems engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has been appointed the next editor-in-chief of Human Factors: The Journal of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.

Human Factors is the society’s flagship journal, dating to 1958. Radwin will start the role Jan. 1, 2022, with an initial three-year term that could extend to seven years.

Radwin, who is also a Discovery Fellow at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery, studies the physiological and biomechanical aspects of work in order to better design jobs, equipment, products and more.
