Applicants are expected to have a Ph.D. in chemical engineering or a related discipline. Candidates with research interests in soft materials, catalysis, or process systems are invited to apply.
Successful candidates are expected to create world-class research programs, teach undergraduate and graduate courses and engage in professional service. For more senior applicants, an outstanding reputation in the field of specialty is a prime requirement.

Candidates should have research interests in sensors and sensing. Areas of particular interest include but are not limited to: fabrication of novel micro- and nano-sensors, high-throughput approaches for analyte detection in complex systems, environmental monitoring, sensor data processing and analysis. Both computational and experimental approaches will be considered.
