Work as an instructor/facilitator for one week or three weeks with 9th and 10th grade high school students on campus for the Precollege Enrichment Opportunity Program for Learning Excellence (PEOPLE).  Using College of Engineering laboratories and facilities, develop and present 1-2 hour instruction and demonstration sessions in ME and CEE in collaboration with a high school science teacher.  Click here for more details.

The Traffic Engineering Division of the Department of Parking and Traffic, City of San Francisco, is excited to announce a call for positions in the Student Intern Summer 2004 Program.

Interns will participate in various activities of the Division, such as design and construction of Capital Improvement Projects, traffic management, bicycle projects, transportation planning, traffic calming, and signal design projects. Qualifications:
*You must be continuing or entering an undergraduate/graduate accredited civil engineering or city planning program in Fall 2004 or Spring 2005.

*You must be a US Citizen, green card holder, or have a legal work permit prior to application.
