ABOUT ME:
I transferred to Madison from UW-Fox Valley the spring semester of ’09. My family is from England and Australia, so I get to travel a lot. I’ve been out of the country a total of 18 times, and I’ve visited 8 different countries. I’ll be studying abroad to Egypt in January (WAHOO). I love to scrapbook and make jewelry. I also enjoy spending time with my family boating, sea-doo-ing, flying kites, and watching old English comedies.
MY INVOLVEMENT WITH SWE:
I won the distinguished member award last school year, and I am now the co-chair of the mentoring committee. I’m involved with the Boeing team and community service committee too.
JOB EXPERIENCE:
I usually nanny during the summers, and I LOVE IT!!!
FAVORITE CLASS/PROFESSOR:
I liked CHE 343 at UW-Fox Valley. Prof. Rudd was the best teach I’ve had ever.
OTHER ACTIVITIES/ORGANIZATIONS:
Strangely enough, I’m taking a Civil Engineering independent study where I work at the water treatment plant on campus, testing the water and trying to make it drinkable. I also play intramural soccer with SWE.
FAVORITE PLACE ON CAMPUS:
My favorite place on campus is definitely my bed! There is nothing like coming home from a long tedious day of classes and relaxing in my bed with a good book or action movie!
ONE THING PEOPLE NEVER GUESS ABOUT ME:
I love to read vampire novels!!! My favorite being the Sookie Stackhouse series which is what the HBO TV series True Blood is based off of. So therefore I love True Blood also!
Oh! And I love to watch Cake Boss on TLC!!!
FAVORITE BABCOCK ICE CREAM FLAVOR:
My favorite ice cream is either the chocolate or the blue moon.
