ABOUT ME:
I love being in SWE and being a student here at UW Madison! My favorite hobbies include snow skiing and water skiing
MY INVOLVEMENT WITH SWE:
I joined SWE as a freshman after enjoying my experience at Day on Campus as a Senior in High School. Since then I have been involved with the Boeing Team and various other committees. Last year I was the Community Service Officer. This year I will be putting together the bid package to have our campus host the SWE regional conference in 2011. Let me know if you want to help!
JOB EXPERIENCE:
This past summer I was working at the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center lab in the Microbial Sciences building to do research with bacterial breakdown of cellulose. I'm still working there this year. I am also a Certified Pharmacy Technician and had worked in a pharmacy for 4 years, so come to me if you ever have a question about a drug-I'll probably know the answer!
FAVORITE THING TO DO ON CAMPUS:
Walk around and explore the area! I love living by a lake, being so close to great restaurants, and having so much entertainment at my disposal. Is the Zoo considered on campus-I love that place!
ONE THING PEOPLE NEVER GUESS ABOUT ME:
I was a ballet and jazz dancer for 13 years!
