ABOUT ME:
I’m a Junior in Civil Engineering from Milton, WI. I love being a badger and living here in Wisconsin. I love the snow and all the activities that go along with it especially snowboarding and snowmobiling. I also enjoy sewing and golfing.
MY INVOLVEMENT WITH SWE:
I started SWE last year as a freshman and have worked with Girl Scouts and last year with Expo, I’ve also volunteered at the Salvation Army.
JOB EXPERIENCE:
I interned this past summer here Madison with the University. I managed some of the construction projects here on campus. The projects I worked on most were Washburn Observatory and the Olin House, which is where the Chancellor lives. It was a lot of fun.
FAVORITE CLASS/PROFESSOR:
My favorite class was Mechanical Engineering 170: Civil Engineering Graphics with Professor Roessler.
OTHER ACTIVITIES/ORGANIZATIONS:
The other organizations I’m involved in are ASCE, Construction Club.
FAVORITE THING TO DO ON CAMPUS:
My favorite things to do on campus are going to basketball and football games, being part of the student section and tailgating before is such a fun experience.
ONE THING PEOPLE NEVER GUESS ABOUT ME:
I LOVE autoracing. It doesn’t matter weather its on tv or at the local race track, I really enjoy watching it. I even got to race my first car in an actual race last summer.
FAVORITE PLACE ON CAMPUS or IN MADISON:
My favorite place on campus is Camp Randall on football Saturdays, the atmosphere and all the people there make the day great.
