ABOUT ME:
I'm excited to be back for a second year as your VP of Internal Relations! Up until the spring of my junior year, I was a Chemical Engineering major. I changed to Biological Systems Engineering so that I could focus more on the food science side of things while still remaining an engineer. Ideally, I want to work in Research and Development for a company that makes consumer food products. This summer, I interned for General Mills making Totino's pizza rolls healthier, and loved it! When I'm not working on SWE or schoolwork, I like to spend time with friends, go to the Farmer's Market, read, run, bike, cook or do pilates. I also just started an internship with MixMyGranola.com, which should be fun!
