For the 2002-2003 the college of engineering gave us a new lab and even an office to destroy.  The lab was clean when we got it but it didn't take long for us to get the place dirty.  Since we moved in we've managed to clog the floor drain a number of times and permanently backup the sink.  Also we still find Chequamegon's red dust in every corner of the lab as well as on top of all the pipes and ducts suspended from the ceiling.
