Membership Applications

If you need an AFS or Material Advantage (ASM/TMS) membership application or have an AFS application to submit contact Doug Detert (dmdetert@wisc.edu).

NOTE: You have to send in the Material Advantage applications with the membership fee yourself. We only pay for the AFS memberships.
