Teaching Assistant (Part time) under Dr. Michael J. Smith for Introduction to Human Factors

  • January 2002 – May 2005 (6 semesters, excluding summer semesters)
  • Duties : Organize and conduct laboratory experiments and discussions. Other duties included grading and assisting students in coursework.

University of Wisconsin-Madison
Project Assistant (Part-time) for UW-Physical Plant

  • June 2004 – August 2004 (Contract Period)
  • Duties : Worked with the safety team in inspecting and analyzing work sites for hazards and presented recommendations for improving the safety culture. Particularly focused on the steam-fitters shop and reported the primary concerns relating to steam-fitters' safety that the management need to consider.

Occupational Safety Specialist/Program Assistant-2

  • June 2003 – August 2003
  • Duties : Analyzed state worker's compensation database and completed annual benchmarking report. I also worked on Executive Order documents as an active member of the State Safety Committee. Other tasks included updating safety policies, procedures, and accident analysis forms.
