Description and Purpose “Ways of Knowing and Ways of Practice” is an on-line, professional development experience for faculty. 		Expected Learning Outcomes As a result of this learning experience, colleagues will reflect on and investigate teaching and learning issues. collaborate, discuss issues, and facilitate discussions with colleagues gain confidence in curriculum development: objectives, methods, assessment use research as a basis for investigating real-world teaching and learning issue/project learn with and about technology for teaching and learning.
On-line Component and Available Materials Facilitated Conversations Colleagues had the opportunity to design on-line conversations with their peers. Teaching and Learning Investigation/Project Colleagues from each institution collaborated to investigate a teaching and learning issue. Assessment and Evaluation Colleagues gave feedback in multiple ways during their experience and they experienced some adjustments as a result of their comments.
