Digital manufacturing team calls for research proposals and input
The UW-Madison researchers partnering with the recently announced Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute (DMDII) are seeking input on identifying high-priority areas the initiative should address. The group is also seeking research proposals to be supported by a total of more than $8 million in research funds available. DMDII's topic areas are advanced manufacturing, intelligent machines, and advanced analysis. Input on DMDII priorities is due by August 4, and research proposals must be submitted by August 15.
