CBE undergrad meets with Baldwin, Blank
UW-Madison chemical and biological engineering undergraduate Nick Lepak got a chance Wednesday, February 19, to discuss his cheese research project with two distinguished guests: U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin and UW-Madison Chancellor Rebecca Blank. The two met Lepak as part of their visit to the UW-Madison Center for Dairy Research in Babcock Hall. Baldwin toured the facility in part to draw attention to provisions in the Farm Bill that fund agriculture research at UW-Madison. Lepak undertakes his research in collaboration with CDR scientist Mark Johnson.
