Team to develop new MRI platform

With $820,000 from the National Science Foundation, a multidisciplinary team will develop a multiscale MRI imaging platform for quantitatively analyzing collagen organization. With the funding, Biomedical Engineering Professor Paul Campagnola, Assistant Professor Jeremy Rogers, Molecular Biology and Biomedical Engineering Senior Scientist Kevin Eliceiri, and Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering Professor Timothy Hall will integrate second harmonic generation microscopy, optical scattering and quantitative ultrasound into one platform.
