Wiegmann and colleagues receive award for trauma research

Industrial and Systems Engineering Professor Doug Wiegman, graduate students Renaldo Blocker and Sacha Duff, and colleagues at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, received the Excellence in Research Award from the American College of Surgeons for their abstract, "Flow disruptions during trauma care." The abstract details research on the behavior of trauma teams.
