Students: Last chance to register for the Qualcomm Wireless Innovation Competition
UW-Madison students: Challenge yourself to discover and build the next big idea in wireless technology in the 2012 Qualcomm Wireless Innovation Competition.
Your great idea — combined with a prototype and business plan — has a chance to win prizes of up to $10,000. We offer a variety of support, including independent study credit, business training, prototype funding and more. Teams representing more than one discipline (such as engineering, business, and computer sciences) have higher chances of winning, and we can help create those networking opportunities.
All UW-Madison undergraduates and master’s-level graduate students are eligible to compete. Student teams can also apply for up to $1,000 in equipment stipends for prototypes.
The Qualcomm Wireless Innovation Competition will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2012 in the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery.
