The Industrial Refrigeration Consortium (IRC) is a collaborative effort between UW-Madison and industry. It offers members practical industrial refrigeration information and application-oriented research, a telephone hotline, Internet-based information resources, on-site technical assistance, technology transfer and specialized publications. IRC members include industrial refrigeration end-users (food companies, cold storage warehouses and chemical processors), regulatory agencies and service providers.
