This consortium seeks effective and economical solutions to water supply problems and pollution control in Wisconsin. It conducts innovative practical research that cannot be carried out effectively by individual organizations. Research is applicable to a spectrum of users, and members have regular opportunities to suggest research topics and to discuss research priorities.
