  • Provides training and technical assistance to Wisconsin local highway agencies. Publishes a newsletter, fact sheets and manuals.

  • Conducts training workshops in safety, traffic engineering and pavement materials, and the maintenance of roads and bridges.

  • Provides technical assistance, including development of a pavement management system.
