  • Provides cleanroom with semiconductor fabrication equipment for research and instruction.

  • Supports research and development in microfabrication techniques, integrated circuits, integrated sensors, microelectromechanical systems and optoelectrics.

  • Supports process facilities for MOS, bipolar, and compound semiconductor and MEMS devices.
