  • Provides continuing education for professionals in disaster and refugee emergency management in developing countries.

  • Develops distance education programs, workshops, seminars, and educational videos for government agencies, international private voluntary organizations and multinationals.

  • Focuses on public works and health, emergency logistics, environmental planning, hazard mitigation and disaster preparedness/response.
