Diversity staff manage the Graduate Engineering Research Scholars (GERS) program and the Engineering Summer Program (ESP). GERS is a unique fellowship program for graduate students traditionally underrepresented in engineering. ESP gives high school students of color an opportunity to explore engineering careers.
