The College of Engineering shares expertise and data with industry and
government through its research consortia.
Involving various faculty, researchers and industrial sponsors, the
college consortia are formed to study specific technical
areas. Companies may join these consortia by paying fees and
participating in consortia activities. Members benefit through seeing
work in progress, helping to set research directions, and interacting
with faculty and students.
Many consortia have close relationships with college centers. College consortia, their sponsors and faculty
contacts are listed on the following pages. (Sponsor lists are
current as of September 2000.)
