Supports instruction of undergraduate & graduate students in materials
testing, data acquisition and structural behavior.

Supports research in developing new engineering materials,
applications for existing materials, innovative structural systems,
pavements and related testing protocols.

Conducts structural and materials testing including fatigue, fracture,
stress analysis, vibration, earth-structure interaction, and
non-destructive testing to meet the needs of students, faculty, state
and other agencies, and industrial and commercial businesses.
