  • Funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Wisconsin DOT and other state DOTs to help steer transportation priorities for Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

  • Concentrates on research to improve highway maintenance, discover and test alternative transportation modes, and measure the performance of transportation systems; including technical and policy research.

  • Research partners include Marquette University, Northwestern University, UW-Milwaukee, the University of Cincinnati, the University of Chicago, Richard J. Daley Community College and Lac Courte Oriellas Ojibwa Community College.
