• Works with manufacturing firms on implementing the latest lead-time reduction techniques throughout their manufacturing and office operations.

• Provides workshops and educational seminars on quick response manufacturing (QRM) and related competitive manufacturing topics.

• Acts as a forum for firms to share QRM implementation experiences and lessons learned, and exchange performance measurements for mutual benchmarking.
