ASME golf exhibit

Expo `99 Shows Student Skills

Among the student group exhibits at this spring's "Expo '99" was ASME's "All Sport Mysteries EXPOsed," shown above. Mike Kodner, Ryan Klemme, Jamie Wolff and Jeff Schulman invited visitors to try their luck with a form of golf chipping/skee ball as a way of mixing learning with fun. Their goal was to explain in engineering terms why things happen in popular sports and to offer a chance to win a T-shirt. (36K JPG)
