Many of you support the university with donations to the University of Wisconsin Foundation. Unless you specify otherwise, these contributions go to a general fund and are used for the diverse needs of the whole university.
If you would like to make a donation that directly benefits the ME Department, you can include a note that designates your gift to "support the activities of the Department of Mechanical Engineering." We have many needs as a department including funds for scholarships and for student group projects.
