General Information

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

A departmental check-out sheet, obtained with your warrant application must be completed, signed and returned to the Student Services Office 2107 Mechanical Engineering Building. Required signatures include those from personnel in charge of the COE Shops, the ME Electronics Shop, the Manufacturing Systems Engineering Shop and the ME Student Services Office. Your degree may be delayed if you do not follow this requirement. The purpose is to insure that all department equipment is returned and that your office and desk are clean and ready to be used by another person. The check-out process should not be done at the last minute. One week before leaving would be ideal.
