672 E-Business Transformation: Design, Analysis and Justification. II. Analytical and integrative approaches for e-business strategy formulation, analysis and justification and development of implementation roadmap. Emphasizes development of analytical reasoning and managerial thinking through creation of assessment tools and decision aids to guide various aspects of e-business transformation. P: Senior or Graduate Student or consent of instructor.

Course objectives

Upon completing this course, students will understand and be able to apply modeling frameworks and analysis methods and tools that can be used to develop a successful and effective migration path from a traditional business to an e-business. How to and select a suitable E-Business model. Assessing and prioritizing opportunities for e-business application in the business.Developing strategies for redesigning customer facing business processes as well as back-end processes. Developing an implementation plan. Assessing the business readiness for and impact of e-business transformation.
