Catalog Description: 426 Health and Safety Training for Hazardous Waste Site Operations. (Crosslisted with EPD 426.) I, II, SS; 1 cr. This is an advanced course in hazardous materials waste training emphasizing the safe and efficient methods and equipment used to handle and evaluate these materials at Superfund and RCRA Remediation Sites. This course is required by OSHA and EPA for work at these sites. P: Civ Engr 320 or cons inst. Waxman.
