Engineering Centers Building construction on schedule

From paved parking lot and "permanent" temporary buildings to a huge hole, the Engineering Centers Building quickly is becoming a reality. Groundbreaking for the building occurred in June; now crews are building the underground tunnel that will connect ECB to the Mechanical Engineering Building.
