Course Prerequisite(s)

Prerequisite knowledge and/or skills

Prior to entering this course students should have Senior or Graduate standing. Students in departments other than Engineering Mechanics are welcome, since the course is of an interdisciplinary nature. While exposure to EMA 506 is helpful, other background such as exposure to a stress or vibration analysis course beyond elementary mechanics of materials is beneficial.
