Women in Electrical Engineering: Centennial Scholarship

On September 18, ECE honored 86 students at an undergraduate scholarship ceremony luncheon for donors, recipients, faculty and staff in the Donald E. Cheney Room. These funds are made available each year through individual and trust fund donations directly to the ECE department as well as to the College of Engineering. These top students were selected from 160 applicants and scholarships totaled more than $115,000. These scholarships would not have been possible without the generous support of our donors. A heart felt thanks to all of you who made it possible to recognize these outstanding ECE students with these awards.

In addition, Grainger Outstanding Power Engineering Student Awards were presented at an April banquet to eight undergraduate students. (Nine graduate students also received Grainger Power Awards at this event.) Following is a list of the fall recipients and funds.
