to enter the new cleanroom without successfully completing the training. The orientation consists of 3 hours classroom
training and lab tour. See schedule

INFORMATION SHEET to attend the orientation session. You may print the User Information Sheet
from the Lab Use and Safety webpage.
You
will be contacted by email with your yearly renewal date. You have the opportunity to renewal at
either session. There is no sign up for
the sessions.
Failure
to renew will be an automatic drop from active status. To reactivate status, you will need to
attend one of the scheduled Lab Safety Orientation Sessions listed above.
