Decorative initial cap D epartment students organized a food drive during the Halloween season to benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank in Madison. Two students—Jennifer Beahm and Ginny Wendt—organized more than 100 other students to help out with the collection effort, with a third coming from the department. The students collected more than four tons of food, and used the loading docks at Engineering Hall (at right) to organize the food collection. Second Harvest provided a truck to haul the food away.
