CEE department represented at national meetingThe University of Wisconsin-Madison will again have a strong presence at this year's Transportation Research Board's (TRB) Annual Meeting. Several faculty and students from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering will present their research at this meeting, the largest annual transportation conference in the world. There are programs and presentations at the TRB annual meeting on transportation topics ranging from pavements to logistics. In addition, the Wisconsin Transportation Center and the Midwest Regional University Transportation Center will be among several co-sponsors of a reception to be held at the meeting. The goal is to showcase student research projects from around the state and provide networking opportunities for the state's transportation professionals. The meeting will be held Jan. 12-16 in Washington, D.C. For more details, contact Travis Gordon at 608-262-6639 or gordont@cae.wisc.edu. |
