Summary

Mr. Nelson is a consultant to the design and construction industry, and an adjunct professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

His consultancy focuses on organizational strategy and critical analysis, marketplace strategy, senior personnel mentoring and intervention, and specific project participation. Examples of recent assignments include:
