Mr. Nelson is a consultant to the design and construction industry, and an adjunct professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
John consults with both public & private organizations. Services include critical analysis, strategy, market development, mentoring, & project participation. Specialized expertise is provided in Lean Practices and Sustainable Development strategies and applications.
John helps organizations change and maximize their potential - by aligning their marketplace opportunities with organizational abilities, and by developing people and competencies through projects.
