Summary

My research has addressed the planning, design, and management of environmental systems within a framework of quantifiable social risk, such as in modeling the design and operation of reservoir systems under probabilistic performance specifications. Application of market mechanisms for air and water pollution control have been developed. Recent areas of interest are in urban stormwater management, air pollution measurement and control, and energy policy.
