Summary

I am interested in construction engineering and management. My research is on construction productivity, risk management and earned value tracking. I am particularly interested in the cumulative impact of change orders, construction productivity methods improvement and construction delay analysis. In the course of my research, I have authored over 100 refereed journal articles and 15 books on construction-related topics. Major upcoming publications include books on productivity improvement, factors affecting labor productivity and earned value analysis.

I currently teach courses on construction scheduling, cost estimating, project management and productivity management. I am also a registered professional engineer and a national consultant to the construction industry.
