  Catalog Description
  698 Special Topics in Construction Engineering and Management. Irr; 1-4cr. Advanced topics of special interest to seniors and grad students in construction engineering and management. This course is modeled after the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Outreach Training Program's 30-hour Construction Safety Training. The course is designed to introduce students to the basics of safety and health hazard recognition and prevention in construction. The course will cover construction hazards, the OSHA standard(s) and best safety practices of the topics.
