  698 Special Topics in Construction Engineering and Management. Irr; 1-4cr. Advanced topics of special interest to seniors and grad students in construction engineering and management. This course is designed as a hands-on introduction to Building Information Modeling (BIM). Specifically, students will gain experience of the use of the Autodesk Revit family of software, gain an understanding of the differences between BIM and traditional design methods, gain insight into the state of the AEC industry with regards to BIM, and utilize BIM interfaces with other software.
