Catalog Description: 547 Biomedical Optics. Cross-listed with Medical Physics 547, I; 3 cr. This course is designed to provide students with a working knowledge of the theoretical and experimental principles underlying the application of optical spectroscopy (absorption, fluorescence and scattering) in biological and biomedical engineering.
