The BME Department welcomes new faculty member - Kris Saha

We are happy to announce that Krishanu (Kris) Saha has joined the Department of Biomedical Engineering as an Assistant Professor this fall, 2012. Dr. Saha comes to us from the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research at MIT/Harvard University where he was a Postdoctoral Fellow. Dr. Saha completed his PhD from University of California-Berkeley. His interests lie in using human stem cells together with emerging engineering methods in material science and synthetic biology to make smarter therapeutics, model human disease, and advance personalized medicine.
