In the classroom it's pretty easy. You know, they look at the problem, they work it out. They get the answer. It's right or wrong. If it's wrong, they go back and redo it until they get it right. And a lot of times there are no right or wrong answers. They're building something, there are a hundred different options that will work, and they have to try to choose the best one. So it's maturing in the engineering field.
