In response to its request for proposals to Transform Undergraduate Education, the COE 2010 Task Force received an impressive 29 proposals from 128 collaborators and totaling $1.36 million. Anticipated available funding is $500,000. An 8-member committee of faculty, staff, and a student from around the college is now reviewing the proposals in preparation for making recommendations to the Task Force shortly after spring break. Final decisions on funding are expected by early May. A public poster session of the funded proposals will be held prior to the end of the semester. Watch this site for updates.
